What areas do you serve?

Do you charge a service call fee?

Yes, we charge a service call fee. However, if you choose to hire us for the repair, we waive that fee completely. You only pay for the repair work done. No hidden charges, ever!

Do you offer same-day service?

Yes! We offer same-day service based on availability. We recommend calling early in the day to secure a same-day appointment. Our team works hard to respond quickly when you need us most.

What kind of parts do you use?

We only use genuine OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts. We never use cheap aftermarket parts that can fail prematurely. This ensures your appliance is repaired correctly and lasts longer.

Do you offer a warranty on repairs?

Yes! We stand behind our work with a 90-day warranty on all repairs. If anything goes wrong with the repair within 90 days, we'll come back and make it right at no additional cost. Your peace of mind is our priority.

What appliance brands do you repair?

We repair all major appliance brands including Whirlpool, GE, Samsung, LG, KitchenAid, Bosch, Maytag, Frigidaire, Viking, Wolf, Thermador, Miele, and many more. No matter the brand, we have the expertise to fix it.

Absolutely. NeighborFIX is fully licensed and insured. You can trust that our technicians are qualified professionals who take pride in their work and respect your home.

How do I schedule a repair?

Do you offer emergency service?

Yes! We offer emergency service for urgent appliance issues. While our regular hours are Monday-Saturday 8am-6pm, we also take emergency calls on Sundays. Call us for immediate assistance.

Where are you located?

We are based in Needham, MA and serve the entire Greater Boston area. We come directly to your home — no need to bring your appliance anywhere!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Payment is due upon completion of the repair. We provide upfront pricing before any work begins.

What should I do before the technician arrives?

Clear the area around your appliance so the technician has easy access. If possible, have the make and model number ready. That's it — we'll handle the rest!
